At The Drink Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that perishable goods and customized gift sets are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
