How do you ensure my drinks arrive safely?
We use specialized, reinforced eco-friendly packaging designed to prevent breakage. For temperature-sensitive beverages, we include insulated liners and cold packs to maintain optimal quality during transit.
What is your policy on returning alcoholic beverages?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or drink items once they have been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the US. Due to complex customs regulations regarding liquid shipments and alcohol, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and can be tracked via our carrier's website.
Are there age restrictions for purchasing from The Drink Shop?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any alcoholic beverages. A valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier upon delivery for all orders containing alcohol.
